Health pledge

I, the undersigned (full name), pledge that my health allows me to take part in the sport I have registered for, and that I bear full responsibility for any medical injury resulting from poor physical fitness.

Declarations

I will wear a safety helmet and ride a roadworthy bike, and agree to both being checked before the start. I will keep to the route and follow the marshals and checkpoints.
