Registration
How do I register for a championship?
Pick your championship, press Register Now — you instantly get a reg number and QR and can track your status.
What documents are required?
A personal photo for every entrant and every team player, and the health pledge in the entrant's name. An IBAN certificate is needed for competitions that pay prize money: from the entrant in individual events, and from the team manager only in team sports. It is not asked for the community activities (the 5 km hike and the cycling ride). An ID copy is required at registration for jiu-jitsu, taekwondo and the fitness challenges, and optional elsewhere, where it is checked at field accreditation. People of Determination teams attach the determination card.
Is registration free?
It depends on the competition. The 5 km hike, the community cycling ride, kayak, jiu-jitsu and the Schools & Universities Challenge are free, while the rest charge a registration or insurance fee — from AED 80 per entrant in running and the obstacle course to AED 1,000 insurance for a football squad. Each sport shows its fees and capacity on its page before you register.
Can schools take part?
Yes — the Schools & Universities Challenge is open to school and university students, free of charge, over four days (9–12 November, 16:00–22:00) of daily knowledge, sport and creative challenges. Each student registers their own account on the challenge page and signs in with their participant number or a parent's phone number; points count for the student and for their school or university.
Is a health pledge required?
Yes — in every competition the entrant pledges, by name, that their health allows them to take part in the sport they registered for and that they bear full responsibility for any medical injury resulting from poor physical fitness. For teams the captain pledges on behalf of the registered players, and registration is not complete without it.
Passes & entry
What is the visitor pass?
A free digital QR pass for each visitor, scanned at entry, that also collects your points at the activities. A mobile number is asked when it is issued, and the pass is emailed to you.
When and where is the festival?
From 6 to 14 November 2026 opposite Kalba Mall, Emirate of Sharjah, with events extending to other sites across the city.
Points & prizes
How do points work?
An organizer scans your QR after each activity; points appear instantly on the leaderboard and screens.
Where are results and prizes?
The Results page shows live scores, standings and champions. Each competition's prize money is listed on its page, alongside cups and medals for the top three.
