Frequently asked questions
Everything about registration, passes, points and events.
Registration
How do I register for a championship?
Pick your championship, press Register Now — you instantly get a reg number and QR and can track your status.
What documents are required?
An IBAN certificate from the bank is required for every entrant and every player on a squad — it is how prize money is paid. An ID copy is optional at registration and checked at field accreditation, and teams in the 3x3 People of Determination competition present a determination card.
Is registration free?
It depends on the competition. The community hike, kayak and the schools challenge carry no fee, while the rest charge a registration or insurance fee — from AED 80 per entrant in running and the obstacle course to AED 1,000 insurance for a football squad. Each sport shows its own fees and capacity on its page before you register.
Can schools take part?
Yes — the Kalba Schools Challenge runs five days of knowledge, sports and creative challenges, with daily leaderboards and a cup for the top school.
Passes & entry
What is the visitor pass?
A free digital QR pass scanned at entry that also collects your points, with a family option up to 12 people.
When and where is the festival?
From 6 to 14 November 2026 on the Kalba Corniche, Emirate of Sharjah, with events extending to other sites across the city.
Points & prizes
How do points work?
An organizer scans your QR after each activity; points appear instantly on the leaderboard and screens.

The Results page shows live scores, standings and champions. Cups and medals for the top three.
