Capacity & registration fees
- Juniors15–17) and youth (18+
- No entry fee
Categories & conditions
- Two categories juniors aged 15–17 and youth aged 18 and over
- Age is taken on 6 November 2026 and proven by official documents
Rules & regulations
- A burpee followed by a jump onto a plyometric box, for 5 to 10 minutes
- Winner the most correct repetitions in the time
Prizes
- Cash prizes for the top three in each category
